WELCOME TO THE VAMPIRE PDA OLD WEB GRAPHICS ARCHIVES

hi i'm lee, and welcome to the archives! since the invention of vampirepda, i've been working on this project to document and preserve the graphics of the old web. i've been collecting things from all over the old web: geocities, angelfire, you name it. not only is this an educational endeavor, but this is also a resource for people who want to use this graphics for their own website. i encourage everyone to learn from the webmasters before us, the 2000s and 1990s have come and gone, but the world wide web will live on if we keep it alive.

you've might've heard of a thing called webcore, which is an aesthetic centered around old web design. nostalgia was a strong factor of the rise of webcore, a nostalgia for the wild west period of the internet, where there was no such thing as social media and corprate tech giants breathing down your neck. it was when the web was made for art and the flow of information, instead of made for profit to put more money into the pockets of the ruling class. this archive is essentially a callback to webcore, as well as a love letter to the old web.

but first, a disclaimer: i didn't make any of these graphics and i don't claim to. if you own any of these graphics and want them taken down, let me know and i will.
